Our Services

We supply and install pigeon / bird nets, stainless-steel invisible grills, bird spikes, safety nets, monkey and pet protection nets, mosquito nets, sports nets, shade nets, artificial grass and related products in Gurugram and Delhi NCR. The exact scope of work for each job is the one written in your quotation.

Prices & Quotations

• Prices shown on this website (for example "Approx. ₹ / sq ft") are indicative only and may change without notice.
• The final price depends on area, height, material, wire thickness, mesh size, site conditions and access, and is confirmed in a written or WhatsApp quotation after the site visit.
• Measurements taken at the site visit are used for billing. If the actual area changes during work, the bill will be adjusted at the agreed rate.
• Quotations are valid for the period mentioned on them, or 15 days if no period is mentioned.

Site Visit & Booking

• Site visits within our service area are free unless informed otherwise in advance.
• A job is confirmed when you accept the quotation and make the advance payment (if any) mentioned in it.
• Installation dates are given as per team availability and weather, and may shift slightly in case of rain or other reasons beyond our control.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms (advance and balance) are as written in your quotation.
• The balance amount is payable on completion of the installation, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payment can be made through the modes we share with you (such as UPI, bank transfer or cash). Please pay only to official details shared by us.

Customer Responsibilities

• Take any permission needed from your society / RWA / building management for installation and drilling.
• Give our team safe access to the work area on the agreed date and time.
• Inform us in advance about hidden electrical wires, pipes or fragile surfaces near the work area.
• Remove valuables, plants or furniture from the work area where possible.

Installation & Material

• Installation is done by our trained team using the material, thickness and grade written in the quotation.
• Drilling and fixing are part of installation. Minor marks on walls or tiles around fixing points are normal.
• Nets and grills are installed with humane methods — they block birds and do not harm them.
• Small differences in colour or appearance of material from website photos are possible.

Warranty & Support

Warranty, if any, is as written in your quotation or invoice. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, cutting or tampering with nets or wires, fire, accidents, natural calamities, animals, or changes / repairs done by anyone other than our team. For any service or repair request, contact us with your job details.

Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel before work starts by informing us by phone or WhatsApp.
• If material has already been bought or cut to your size, the advance may be adjusted against that cost.
• Once installation is completed, the job cannot be cancelled or refunded; any genuine issue will be handled under support / warranty.

Limitation of Liability

We take care to do every job safely and properly. Our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount paid for that job. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by weather, society restrictions, supply issues or other reasons beyond our control.

• We try to keep information on this website correct, but it is for general guidance and may contain errors or change over time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana. We always try to solve any issue first through friendly discussion.
